Copyright & Usage :All photographs and videos content (including reels) created by the photographer remain the sole intellectual property of the photgrapher and are protected under applicable copyright laws.  Upon purchase, the athlete identified above and their parent / guardian is granted a non-exclusive, not-transferrable license to use the delivered photographs and video content on their own social media platforms and digital channels. The athlete may not use the photographs or video content for paid advertising, sponsorsed promotions, or boosted posts, nor provide, transfer, sublicense, or distributethe content to any third party, including sponsors, partners or affliliated organisations, without prior written consent from the photographer. Any use outside of these permitted terms must be approved in writing by the photographer and may be subject to additional licensing fees.
